In late September, the company said the project had been submitted to authorities and was awaiting examination by the Competition Council of Tunisia.<\/p>\n<p>Portugal\u2019s BA Glass signaled plans to invest in Tunisia during a meeting this week between CEO Tiago Moreira da Silva and Minister of Economy and Planning Samir Abdelhafidh. According to the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA-Tunisia), the Portuguese container glass producer will \u201cbegin the integration phase\u201d of the investment in Q1 2026.
